Soar 100 Challenge: Jump Spinning Back Kick (뛰어 뒤 돌려 차기)
This week’s challenge is to compete 100 Jump Spinning Back Kicks.
- Jump and twist from your legs and hips.
- turn your head and spot your target first. Don’t kick blind.
- Keep your arms and elbows in close and controlled (you may need them if you miss).
- Kick Straight and not on the arc. Remember, I told you to do a butt-kick through the spin to stay on the target line.
