Soar 100 Challenge: Jump Spinning Back Kick (뛰어 뒤 돌려 차기)

This week’s challenge is to compete 100 Jump Spinning Back Kicks.


  1. Jump and twist from your legs and hips.
  2. turn your head and spot your target first. Don’t kick blind.
  3. Keep your arms and elbows in close and controlled (you may need them if you miss).
  4. Kick Straight and not on the arc. Remember, I told you to do a butt-kick through the spin to stay on the target line.
