Soar Challenge: Parry Kick

This week I want you to do 100 Parry Side Kicks on each side. This is the same movement as Number 5 in Kicking. Try to incorporate you arms with the deflection of an attack. Drill it. Find the balance points. Find the economical movement to produce the most power.
