Soar Training: Hyung

As a reminder, I am traveling for work over the next six weeks, but that does not mean you should take a break from practice. The next belt test is coming on October 7th and the Pacific Rim Challenge is in November.

This week I want you to put work into all your form, but especially your latest form. Check for proper stances and weight. Get full extension on all your techniques, but do not over reach. Check squareness in all your front stances.

TIP: Record and watch your performance to see details you do not notice while performing.
