Soar Training

We are officially halfway through this testing cycle. If you are prepared, you may start requesting your testing stripes.

This week is a special week with three classes on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Monday and Thursday are the normal schedules, while Saturday will be a focus class.

We will work on one-steps and the looping drill on Monday and Thursday.

Our focus class for Saturday will be on kicking basics. See this week’s Mediation. Although Saturday will not be a required class, I believe it will be super beneficial. We will train from 8:00 to 9:30. Maybe, we will have some breaking practice.
