Soar Challenge: Circuit

This week’s Challenge is a little different. It is a short circuit over four days within one week.

For each day, I want you to follow the routine below as part of your regular workout. Train hard.

  1. 20 pushups
  2. 20 sit-ups or other constricting ab routine (i.e. crunches, v-ups, etc.)
  3. 20 squats
  4. 5 minutes of planks.
    – 1 min on elbows
    – 1 min left side,
    – 1 min right side,
    – 1 min high-plank (with straight arms),
    – 1 min on elbows
  5. 20 jumping jacks

You may take breaks as needed during each set. Maintain good form. If your form breaks down, take a short recovery break. Go for it! Rise Up!
