SOAR Challenge: 100 Power Punches (5 Times)

This week’s challenge is 100 Power Punches from Horse Stance five times. Complete a set of 100 punches on five different days. I want fully extended arms and full loads all the way back to your hips or ribs. I want you to punch as hard and as fast as you can for 100 punches. Try to keep your shoulders square to the target, but also use your hips to throw your punches from the power generated in your legs.

Tips. When punching, strike with the first two knuckles. Maintain a strong wrist posture so that a straight line never breaks from your knuckles to your elbow. Push the punches from the balls of your feet through your hips. If done correctly, you should feel fatigue in your shoulders and your abs.
