Soar Challange: Walking Planks

The challenge this week is 100 body saws over five days. You may space out and break up the repetitions any way you wish, but the challenge is to complete 100 repetitions this week. Be sure to keep your back as straight as possible and your chin up and looking forward. your feet should be no more than 12 inches apart, but the closer together they are the better. For an added challenge, place a towel or sliders under your feet and slide your entire body back and forth.
