Your challenge this week is endurance and stamina while building the explosive power needed for your hyungs and aerials. The challenge is 100 burpees. Try to jump as high as you can, and for an extra challenge, perform a knee tuck, bringing your knees as high as possible into your chest. For a “Double-Dare” challenge, try to touch the bottoms of your feet in the tuck. Your task is to complete 100 throughout the week: 20 a day over five days will do it.
