This week, we will review and train all your one-steps.
What is the purpose of one-steps? The answer is at least two-fold. First, the one-steps are generally pulled from portions of the Hyungs, and because of that, the one-steps help us understand how to apply the techniques in the Hyungs. Second, the one-steps are dynamic and shaped by the partners you practice with. Because of that dynamic nature, one-steps help the practitioner link the concepts from the forms to real-world applications in self-defense.
