Soar Challenge: 100 Pushups

This week’s Challenge is simple. Complete 100 strict pushups: keep your elbows next to your ribs.

You may take breaks as needed during each set. Maintain good form. If your form breaks down, take a short recovery break. Go for it! Rise Up!
