Soar Challenge: 100 Walking Lunges

The challenge this week is 100 Walking Lunges. You may space out the reps any way you wish, but the challenge is to complete 100 walking lunges this week. When performing this exercise, lower your levels so that both of your knees bend while keeping your chest facing forward teh your chin up. Remain aware of where your weight is set in your hips, your feet, your knees, and your chest. Keep your center of gravity in your abdomen. If you want a larger challenge, try one of these alternatives:

A. Carry a set of dumbbells or kettelbells
B. When rising out of the lunge, execute one of your basic kicks (front, side, round, back) while fully controlling the weight all the way back down into the next step.
