Combatitives and Grappling

This week will be unique. I will be traveling for work, but I have asked Mr. Mendez to assist me by providing an introduction to what the US Army calls combatives and grappling. Mr. Mendez is a Level 4 master instructor. Kindly give him the attention he deserves and show me something you learned when I return next week.

NOTE: If you do not have a karate uniform, wear something durable and tear-resistant.
