Soar Training: Jok Ki

Jok Ki will be our focus for the next week.
Do forget to complete your SOAR 100 Challenge.

Jok Ki (Kicking Techniques) are characteristic of Korean Martial Arts. In the world of karate, Tang Soo Do’s differences are most apparent in kicking: dynamic, high, and arial. A flying side klick is on our association flag and seal! We will work on and review our basic kicks including those in jumping and spinning form. I want to also introduce you to the “6-point consecutive kick.”

Class Schedule is Mondays & Tuesdays
1730-1800: ages 5-10 (Little Dragons)
1800-1900: ages 10 to Adult (Warriors)
We are now located at the Spirit of Fort Hood Chapel Gym
