This week will be a bit harder for some. I want to challenge your endurance and stamina while building explosive power needed for your hyungs. This week the Soar 100 challenge is 100 burpees. Try to jump as high as your can, and for an extra challenge perform a knee tuck (bring your knees as high as possible into your chest and try to touch the bottoms of your feet). Your task is to complete 100 throughout the week: 20 a day over five days will do it.
Don’t forget to stretch at least 10 minutes everyday.
