The idea of concentration is to devote your attention, thought, and focus toward an activity or subject. However, be aware of what you allow to gain your concentration. You will respond to what you focus on.
It takes a great deal of concentration to practice, workout, study, or do anything consistently without someone telling you to. Concentration has to be exercised to excel at anything thing set before you. It takes concentration set on the desire for excellence to receive correction. To be an expert, you have to be able to concentrate. You must keep constant awareness of every tiny detail until it becomes second nature. Concentration always holds hands with discipline.
The godly also life takes this kind of consistent concentration. The work of concentration will glorify God. Deuteronomy 6 tells us how we practice this type of concentration.
4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
