This week, I want you to concentrate “Crossing the T” or zoning. “Crossing the T” means to change the vector of attack or the angle of attack to gain the advantage of while placing your opponent at a disadvantage. Numbers 5 in Kicking and Hands one-steps is a perfect examples of “Crossing the T.”
For your Soar 100 Challenge, you will perform 100 “Crossing the the T” Sidekicks. Use a bag, pole, tree, or chair to serve as your target. If you have a good buddy, you can perform this challenge together while trading back-and-forth.
Don’t forget to stretch at least 10 minutes everyday.
