The “Wiggle” is an ab exercise that you perform on your back with your arms and legs off the ground. If you want to move to your right, you will begin by lifting your shoulder off the ground, twisting, and placing your left shoulder back down. Now, shift your weight to your shoulders while flattening them back to the ground; lift your hips from the ground and twist again at the waist placing your left hip to the ground. Continue the exchange of weight from hips to shoulders and back. you will begin to “walk” or “wiggle” laterally. Reverse the left for right to move in the other direction.
“Wiggle” a total of 100 feet to your right and 100 feet to your left.
Don’t forget to stretch at least 10 minutes every day.
