This week I challenge you to 100 Forward Rolls (50 on each shoulder). Remember what we went over in class last week, roll over the top of your shoulder and not on the side. Imagine yourself as a ball when your feet go over the top of your head. When you finish each roll, you should be standing in a fighting stance.
I advise you to complete this before Thursday so you do not get any unwanted surprises. 😜
Don’t forget to stretch for at least 10 minutes every day.
