Here is this week’s challenge for you all. It is called a standing base. You begin with your back on the ground. Maintain one hand in front of you as a guard. Use your other hand and your legs as a tripod to stand up. This is a very similar movement to an exercise called a Turkish Getup (right).
This week’s challenge requires you to get up 100 times. Remember you must complete at least 6 challenges to qualify for the physical test in March.
Don’t forget to stretch for at least 10 minutes every day.
