Ho Sin Sul is Korean for self-defense. This week we will shift our focus to close-quarters defense from grabs and clinches. There are many ways to escape from various attacks, and we will begin reviewing some of those options. It is common for these defense techniques to end with a throw or counter joint lock, so we will also practice how to safely break fall.
In addition to Ho Sin Sul, we will also review for the Belt Test on Tuesday, 23 June. This time, the Belt Test will replace the class on 23 June.
