This week at SOAR Tang Soo Do our focus is Ho Sin Sul (Close Quarters Self-Defense Techniques). Come ready to sweat and pre-stretch those wrists, arms and shoulders.

Bonus Points for anyone that can tell me which number and set of one-steps is being performed in the picture. 🙂
