Training for 26, 28 July

Hey Warriors, I look forward to training with each of you this week at Soar Tang Too Do. Our focus will be on the looping sparring drill (Won-Hyung Dae-Ryun), which means lots of kicks and punches. We will begin with the foundation of Forms (Hyungs) first and then spend the better half of our class developing the mobility and agility taught through the Won-Hyung Dae-Ryun.
