Training for 11, 13 Apr

Hey folks, I am sorry, but it looks like I’ll be in Poland for another week. Keep practicing and working hard. Learn all you can from Mr. Hovan. The Aikido techniques he is teaching us are wonderful and bring some in credible understanding to our own Ho Sin Sul techniques. Don’t for get to practice your forms and one-steps on your own.
