It’s kicking week! Kicking techniques are the distinctive trait of Korean martial arts. So I have a few leg exercises I want you to do this week to improve your kicking, strength, and speed. I found a great exercise series from a young lady named Tia from Excel Martial Arts. Follow along with Tia in her great video.
Also, make sure you are still practicing your Kicking One-Steps. Even 5-10 minutes of review and practice a day adds up over time. If you want to be a great and distinctive kicker, you have to put the work in. Keep it up, and SOAR!
