From our hyungs (or forms) we learn all the basics of Tang Soo Do. We learn kinesthetic awareness (how long our arms and legs are). We learn how to move our body weight and where our center of gravity is located. The goal this week is to move as smoothly as possible. From the hyungs we also learn patience, diligence, and dedication.
Class Schedule is Mondays & Tuesdays
1730-1800: ages 5-10
1800-1900: ages 10 to Adult
