Soar Training: Sparring and Ho Sin Sul

Ho Sin Sul is Korean for self-defense focusing on grabs and clinches. There are many ways to escape from various attacks, and we will begin reviewing some of those options. It is common for these defense techniques to end with a throw or counter joint lock, so we will also practice how to safely break fall and roll.

Sparring is also a key skill to develop in Tang Soo Do. We will introduce our WON-HYONG DAE-RYUN (Circular Sparring Drill ).

Class Schedule is Mondays & Tuesdays
