This week’s challenge is to complete 100 1-2-3 Combos. That’s a jab, cross, & kick combo. I want you to complete 50 combos on each side. It’s your choice on the kick: Front, side, roundhouse, etc. You may space-out and break-up the combinations any way you wish, but the challenge is to complete 100 this week. If you are feeling fancy, attempt to change the angel as you complete the combination. Notice where is your weight is setting in your hips, your base foot, your knees, and in your chest. Keep your center of gravity in your abdomen. Be intentional about your hip rotation.
