This week’s challenge is to compete 100 Jump Roundhouse Kicks. 


  1. Jump and twist from your legs and hips.
  2. Keep your arms and elbows in close and controlled (you may need them if you miss). 
  3. Kicking with the back leg, remeber to chamber first. The kick is a snap – not a baseball bat.
