This week’s challenge is to compete 100 Jump Roundhouse Kicks.
TIPS:
- Jump and twist from your legs and hips.
- Keep your arms and elbows in close and controlled (you may need them if you miss).
- Kicking with the back leg, remeber to chamber first. The kick is a snap – not a baseball bat.
