Soar Challenge: 100 rounds of the Looping Drill

This week’s challenge is to complete 100 loops to the looping drill. You will complete each round up to your belt level. If you complete it with a partner, you two may count it simultaneously.

Don’t forget to stretch for at least 10 minutes every day.
